There is a fascinating article in today's London FT called "Life and loves
of a bohemian diva" with the sub-heading "Some regard Emmy Destinn as the
diva of the 20th century".  Now there are plans to convert her Czech castle
into an opera centre, says Judith Hendershott."

Once registered, one can then go directly, every Saturday morning, to
http://www.ft.com/hippocampus/darts.htm which is their their compendium of
all the arts articles of the previous week.  This is, I think, one of the
best sources for accessing (quickly) interesting well written articles on
music & opera ...  but also includes wine, travel, theatre, art etc...
