Beethoven String Quartets on Arte Nova

Bowled over by Zinman's Beethoven symphony cycle on Arte Nova, the other
day I picked up the 9-disc string quartet series by the Alexanders on the
same label.  I am enjoying them immensely, especially the disc that has
Rasumovsky and Harp on it.  But not having any other version, there's
nothing to compare them to.  Any opinions out there?
