But Copland was a New Yorker, right? So was I, and I too learned to
pronounce it RO-dee-o.  I agree with Dave L: Both pronunciations are
right; it's simply a regional thing.  A presenter at a concert would
probably go for ro-DAY-o; sounds much more artistic.
