Not to speak for Don, but I think his point was: Then the manager should
get the (insert your favorite euphemism here) discs out of sight.  If Don's
experience had happened to me, I would have fired off an angry E-mail to
Borders headquarters in an Internet minute.  The customer is king, darnit!
