Sibelius' "Swan of Tuonela" is gliding though my mental soundtrack.  I have
known the music for years, and only recently studied the score, marvelling
anew at its intricate divisions of strings.

Can you please suggest other works (tone poems, symphonic movements) by any
composer with an atmosphere as potent, as spinetingling, as *epic* as the
"Swan"?
