I have a friend who is in the chestnut business. He says he wants to
"polish up" the nuts so they look more inviting, and asked me if there was a
food-safe solvent for beeswax. Sounds an interesting idea. I know some
things, such as lemons, are coated with something, but I don't know about
using thinned beeswax for doing it..
Any suggestions?
