i am in Lancaster,PA the advise of brood from a good hive with young eggs has
its appeal however i dont want to looose the mponth and a half to raise a new
queen i am told out flow has started and it ends by mid june...my new strong
hives have backed off eating syrup and are forageing nector i presume they
are very strong but not consuming sugar syrup as they where a week ago?? Any
thoughts on introducing a new Queen such as in a nuc for a few days and allow
several more days to confirm queenlessness in the weak hive?
