Bill(y) - "Throwing down the gauntlet"!!!

>I am 1/2 Convinced that Mozart was Jealous of Salieri NOT the other way
>around??

This opinion was shared in a recent biography of Mozart, sure wish I could
remember the name of the author. He was interviewed in the US on PBS TV
news Wednesday, Aug 18th. His point was Salierri had the money, the fame,
the students, the recognition etc. and Mozart did not. Hence, Mozart
would be the jealous one.

The author, by the way, thinks Mozart was a great composer.

Tom Connor
