Yes and yes.  However, there is unfortunately no law that forces
Erato/Warner to distribute every one of their recordings to the US.

Pommier's Beethoven was available in the past, does not appear to be
available now, but will likely show up at some point in the future.

The best way to improve record availability is to buy more.
