Washington's public radio station has a program Sunday mornings from six
to ten called "Sunday Baroque" presented by a Susan Bona (sp?). My regret
is that, as I rarely get to sleep before 1 am and often later, my radio
alarm is set for 9 and I get to hear only the last hour. The program has,
IMO, a very healthy mix of the familiar w/ what to me is less so, and the
new or less familiar is uniformly interesting music. I wish the program
would extend later into the day (I don't really need the Prairie Home
Companion at 10 am!) as it ends just as I finish getting up and popping
my stay-healthy pills.
