Many of us already support a broadcast service similar to this at public
television stations in the U.S. with siginificantly less classical, or
any, music content. If American distribution channels could be convinced
there is a reasonable market for downloadable CM programming we would be
overwhelmed with opportunities. However, I am not convinced there is a
substantial audience for the technical quality we seek for this service.
MP3 is not the standard. We can dream on.
