I haven't heard the Saraste, but I like a Nielsen 5th where the snare
drummer is given his head - rimshots, the lot.  Jascha Horenstein's on
Unicorn (or Nonesuch) was such a one and the Leaper on Naxos is also good
in this respect.  I find the Bernstein a bit too "controlled".
