I'm a "meat and potatoes" guy. I don't care about artistic food; it all
looks bad once you put it in your mouth. But, I know food - I've been
eating for 51 years. Our preferences for food, as well as for music, are
subjective. What would be my objective basis for preferring rib-eye steak
to a French dish, or vice versa?
