The Galliard Ensemble Wind Quintet will be performing at St Martin in the
Fields (London) at 1:05 on 15 June 1999. The concert is free. The programme
will include:-
Cambini - Quintet no 3
Damase - Dix-Sept Variations
Taffanel - Quintet
On Saturday 17 April the quintet will be performing at the Wanstead and
Woodford Festival of Chamber Music (Holy Trinity Church, Hermon Hill, South
Woodford, East London - very close to South Woodford tube station on the
central line). At 3pm they will be performing a free children's workshop
(adults also welcome free). At 6pm the Bushwood Brass Quintet (a local
amateur ensemble) will be playing a free concert. At 7:30pm The Galliard
Ensemble will be performing the main evening recital. Tickets for the
recital cost 5 or 3.50 for concessions. The programme is:-
