Yes, she certainly did, and the three recording sessions of 1940-41 (when
Lehmann was 52-53) are available still on an Enterprise CD (with Paul
Ulanowsky on piano).

There are those who still swear by her Winterreise as the last word; it is
a fine one, and if you want to own 3 or 4 versions of the cycle, you might
consider it.  In my view, the old rhyme applies: "When she was good, she
was very very good, but when she was bad, etc."

Lehmann tends to get carried away with the emotional content of some of the
songs (13, 15, 19), sounding shrill on occasion.  In No. 7, she has some
problems with pitch, and in No. 17, intonation.  But if you like your
Winterreise heart worn on its sleeve, this could be your version.
