The latest issue of the International Piano Quarterly had an extensive
review of recordings, historical and otherwise,of the Liszt Sonata and
included an exhaustive, but not quite complete, inventory. Another list
(>140) of recordings is Ben Arnold's, Chair of Music at Emory; see:
http://www.emory.edu/MUSIC/ARNOLD/Liszt.Sonata.html He offers no critical
comments.
