Oh, it's ready for prime time and is clearly the most efficient and
effective method to purchase music.  I think it is the stores that are not
ready for prime time, and they're doing nothing to change the situation.

I must admit that if you like going to the stores to soak up the atmosphere
and chat with other collectors and sales personnel, you won't find those
elements with internet sales sites.  However, if your aim is to buy what
you know you want, and do it in a relatively quiet manner, the net is the
place.  Bad customer service? I never noticed anything of that ilk.
