Peter Harzem asks:

Some of you may remember references I have made to Sergio Blini, who
graduated from Carnarsie High School in Brooklyn (you don't want to hang
around for any after school activities) and Tough's Music School. He
became an expatriate, which was a form of plea-bargaining, and won the
honor of becoming San Marino's national composer. There were no other
entries.
Surely, Sergio Blini must be considered among the laziest of composers.
The only symphony he ever wrote was a multiple choice and it was only
issued as a software program. It lasts as long as you can stand it,
which for most is shorter than the Minute Waltz.
To joggle your mind, his best known work is Deflate a Mouse.
