Buy this now, it's an excellent set. Goldberg is not a very imaginative
artist, but what counts here is Lupu: his playing sparkles with wit, and
Goldberg has the good sense to adopt an understated approach which brings
out Lupu's artistry to the fore (with a modern violin&piano, this is
exactly how I like to hear these works; they are truly sonatas for piano
with violin accompaniment, not the other way around).
