Ullmann's String Quartet #3 is also available on a Koch International
Classics CD (#7109) along with three of his Piano Sonatas (#'s 5,6, and 7).
I have this CD; the performances are quite good and the liner notes are
also very informative.  The 6th sonata is performed by Edith Kraus who was
also in Terezin with Ullmann and who gave the premiere at Ullmann's
request.
