Depends whether you're talking about the standard recorded repertoire
or the standard concert repertoire - which are hardly the same thing.

For example, how often do you hear any of these in concert:
        Rott: Symphony (2 recordings)
Villa Lobos: String Quartets (one complete and one ongoing
                                     cycle IIRC)
Vaughan Williams: outside of the UK how often are any of these
                          performed?
Vivaldi: The F*** Seasons. Judging by the number of recordings
on the market this should probably be the most
performed work of all. Is it?
Rzewski: The People United. (3 recordings and a 4th on the way)

There are also a number of examples of works which have never been
performed live, only in the studio (most of the works on the 2 Marco
Polo Harold Truscott CDs, for example)
