John Dalmas, fellow list-member, indicated that Brahms didn't really have
a symphony in him, etc.  John has now disparaged Brahms and Bach, and he's
got most of the alphabet ahead of him.  Keep on truckin!  Thumbs down on
the American symphony too.

I would like to know what classical music John does appreciate greatly.
No, I won't take a "swipes" at it.  I just thought there might be some
common ground.
