For piano versions, my favorite is Maria Tipo on EMI - very poetic with
outstanding recorded sound.  Other fine piano versions include Schepkin
on Ongaku, and Aldwell on Biddulph.

On harpsichord, I favor Maggie Cole on Virgin, Hantai on Opus 111, and
Rousset on on Decca.

Given my high regard for Nikolayeva, I thought her version on Hyperion
would be outstanding; unfortunately, the inspiration level she displays
is only moderate.
