That recording has some spiffy soloists to be sure, but it is some of the
worst choral singing on record.  Only the old Bruno Walter Brahms requiem
with the Westminster Choir is worse in mu humble opinion.  Soloists are
fine but the Verdi is a choral work and if the choir sounds awful who needs
it!?
