No, the piano roll of Mahler playing from the Fifth is of the First
movement and the timing is 12:50. The other three piano rolls that he made
around 1905 are "Ging heut morgens ubers felt" from the Wayfarer Songs,
"Ich ging mit lust durch einen grunen Wald" from the Wunderhorns and the
last movement of the Fourth Symphony. The overall timings appear quick in
the modern recordings we have had of the rolls though one version is a
little quicker than the other. They are interesting curios but should be
treated with a little caution.
