I'm interested in building up a Ring cycle on the cheap.  Does anyone have
any opinions on Marek Janowski's budget-price Staatskapelle Dresden cycle
on RCA?

And BTW, if anyone here is interested in computer games, pick up a copy of
Cryo Interactive's new game 'Ring'. It's a lavish graphical adventure based
on the first two operas in the cycle, and uses the Solti/VPO recording for
the music. Fascinating stuff.
