In Lebrecht's poisonous world, Karajan never talked, he "rasped", growled,
or otherwise vocalised in an unnatural way.  He lines up his orchestra like
"stormtroopers".  Karajan and Sony's chairman Morita created a cabal to
dictate the future of the CD and laserdisc.  Und so weiter.

Lebrecht treats Karajan in a very subjective way.  If you are one of the
many who have a neurotic hatred of Karajan, this is entertaining reading.
I smell sour grapes.
