Dutton's web site is http://www.duttonlabs.demon.co.uk/index.html.
These versions were originally on Decca (or London in the US) and various
re-releases, and stayed around for so long in the early LP days because
they were the only readily available versions.  I imagine the Danacord
versions mentioned in another post are different.  I'd also second a
mention in yet another post of Leaper's Naxos versions.
