Quite a few.  Some of which include, 4 Southern Hymns by Virgil Thomson,
Variations on a Theme by William Billings by Otto Luening, Copland's
Appalachian Spring, Schuman's New England Triptych, Ray Green's Sunday Sing
Symphony, Copland's Old American Songs, Copland's Emblems, Gould's Symphony
of Spirituals (differs from Spirituals for Strings).
