I would strongly recommend using your local library's "Interlibrary Loan
Service".  At a cost of $2 per request, I find it an amazingly efficient
and effective service -- I have used it extensively in the last 2 years
and can report that there is no book they have failed to locate for me --
and some of them have been pretty esoteric!
