Enjoyed reading about your state of "readiness".   I must admit that I did
feel inadequate as I have only begun to think what must be done.   I am an
amateur beekeeper with two hives, but it sounds as if you are working on a
much larger scale.   What do you mean by registering your trade name?   
This sounds intriguing to me.  How did you inquire about it in your state 
of N.H.?    I am in Mass.    If you are now on to the next organized
