BBC Radio 3, of course - usually somewhere around 90 or 91 on the dial.
Other than that and Classic FM (100 or 101), and the occasional program of
interest on the BBC's Radio 2 and Radio 4, there's nothing at the national
level.  Many local stations have short classical music programmes, varying
from the moderately good to the awful - but it's impossible to more precise
without knowing which part of the UK we're talking about.  In any event,
these programmes tend to come and go and move around the schedules too fast
to keep track of.  Best bet is to 'phone the stations in the area and ask.
