While we're at it, we should remember that Grieg himself coached, and
endorsed the performances of, Percy Grainger.  There are now several
Graingers recordings out, sadly none commercial.  There's one he did with
Stokoswski, on Biddulph, available (last time I looked) from Berkshire
Record Outlet, coupled with Rubenstein/Stokowski doing Rach 2, and Grainger
doing one of his own.
