I was prompted to buy Tureck's Goldberg Variations by the rosette in
the Penguin Guide.  I found her performance stellar and the budget CD
an excellent investment.  As someone who knows little about playing a
piano, I can only judge the her performance emotively and against other
performances.  Her's is hardly boring or pedantic performance!
