These were also released on a single LP c/w some Liszt IIRC (it's at home).
The English release of the Busoni PC definitely had the S&C.

Except, of course, the Leitner is not completely complete...:-(Pity noone
has released the 1964 SFO performance under Horenstein; complete and the US
premiere.
