No St Christopher wasn't a historical figure, well, not the one that is
supposed to have carried Christ across the water. He is historical in as
much as they know he died in Asia Minor perhaps in the 3rd century and
that's it. Otherwise he was historical in that lots of pious historians
made up wonderful stories about him. I'm sure this topic will be relevant
