Why? Where were your complaints about the (X-posted) job 
announcement? (Incidentally, before people stop posting job 
announcements, could I just say that I think that they have a place 
on lists of this kind, AND SO DO COMMENTS ON THEM). Where were your 
complaints when the talk was about 'social deviants' (Galileo, 
anyone?).

Also, cheers NedŠ absolutely. I was beginning to think you were all 
running scared/conservative over there. Don't let Nancy Reagan 
dictate the agenda, people. There's much more at stake than the likes 
of her'd have you believe.
