I believe the best person on this would be Stan South at SCIAA, if he has
not replied to your request already.  He also published, at least ten years
ago, an encyclopaedic monograph on the majolica from Santa Elena.  I
believe it was in the SCIAA special publications series; if not, it was
probably in their RMS (Research Manuscripts) series.
