Been following William White's "What is it" question.  I am especially
interested in the idea of looking up the patent date.  Wayne Neighbors
mentioned the on-line search for very recent patents.  I was wondering if
some one enlighten me (and perhaps others who are also "unenlghtened")  on
how best to approach this search if you have either a patent number and/or
date.   Are there forms to fill out?  whats the first step?
