Why do you have to kill them? Suit up well and go and replace the
queen with a pre-mated queen. Is the hive in a location where no
people or animals will be put at risk when you disturb them?
Also, when you replace the queen, if you want to keep the hives
existing Africanized drones out the gene pool, put a queen excluder
above the bottom board.
