JOB ANNOUNCEMENT
TEMPORARY, FULL-TIME ARCHAEOLOGY POSITIONS
CULTURAL RESOURCES SECTION
MISSOURI DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION (MoDOT)

The Missouri Department of Transportation's Cultural Resources Section seeks
applicants for full time, temporary positions to carry out the excavation and
documentation of a buried Late Woodland site in Jefferson County, Missouri.  We
expect field work to begin in early September and end in early November of 1999.
We hope to have completed the analysis and report by late Spring, 2000.
Possible duties include report writing, field supervision, excavation, and
laboratory analysis.  Archaeological field experience is required.

Salaries will be competitive and based on experience and education.
