Her Mark #6 is like the mark you describe, adapted from the state seal
of Maryland, i.e., two men, one with shovel, the other holding a fish,
standing on either side of a shield (Maryland flag). The mark replaces
the crown above the shield with an eagle and replaces the state motto
("Fatti Maschii, Parole Femine" = 'Manly Deeds, Womanly Words') with
the motto you record (my Latin fails me).
