I've been working on a small collection of artifacts from a
mining camp trash dump in northeastern Washington. Does anyone have
some suggestions for reports or articles about the archaeology of
mining camps? I'm particularly interested in any information that
researchers discovered about eating habits, socio-economic status,
and nationality of the miners. I've looked at Hardesty 1988, and any
suggestions that you may have would be welcome. Thanks!

Linda
