I have a small amount of propolis that I collected this summer. Some
members of my local beekeepers association recommend eating a small piece
each morning during flu season. They say it helps them avoid colds and
flus.
My question is: what is the proper method of cleaning the propolis. Most
of mine was scraped from the tops of the frames, but there is some wax and
bee parts in it. Any advice would be appreciated.
