To subscribe to Histarch, send the command, SUBSCRIBE HISTARCH yourname, to
the listserv address <[log in to unmask]>.

To stop your mail while you are away, send the command, SET HISTARCH
NOMAIL, to the same address. When you return, send the command, SET
HISTARCH MAIL, and your mail will start flowing again.

If your mail suddenly stops, and you are not sure what happened, send the
command, QUERY HISTARCH, and the listserv will let you know your status.
