An SHA meeting in PR is a wonderful idea, it is a beautiful place and full
of wonderful people - however, Jan is high season and anything in Old San
Juan is prohibitively expensive. There are some nicer hotel areas in the
newer portions San Juan but also expensive. Ponce is cheaper but has
limited rooms. Mayaquez is about the same. Then, there are the inland and
mountain areas - pretty much the same. I think PR would probably be out of
the question for most folks. By the way, how are your driving skills?
