I went to the National Honey Show in London today (Madeleine Pym, where were
you?). I attended a lecture (including international honey tasting) by a
honey importer and packer who takes honey from all parts of the world. He
says the only country which has not tried to sell him adulterated honey is New
Zealand. Nick Wallingford, stand tall.
