because you can see it when you look at honeybees where artificial breeding
methods (artificial insemination, artificial queenbreeding, using the larvae of
worker bees) are the standard. The honeybee is not strong enough anymore to
compete with diseases. You can't recon in a period of 10 or 20 years, but in a
period of about 100 years.

I know lots of beekeepers loosing many hives per year (in Germany 1997 the whole
loss was estimated with at least with 60%.
