Induction, compression, ignition, exhaust or suck, squeeze, bang, blow.
More to the point, education, learning and science are important for their own
sakes.  If you can turn them into money into the end of the day that is a
bonus but should not be the only motive.  Mankind explores the unknown only
because it is unknown.  Beekind explores only for forage or a new home.  That
is why they are no different to what they were when dinosaurs were around and
we have changed considerably.
