Dear Chris and Histarchers,
There is no substitute to actually being able to view an object. It was
great to be able to see Chris' slate. Thanks Chris. Now we can also view
Susan Piddock's intriguing shard at the flick of a button.
Speaking of illustrations I'd like to thank Karlis Karklins for arranging
to send that wonderful Lynne Sussman book - huge number of Copeland/Spode
designs.
>Being able to see the illustrations in full color and
>properly identified is very helpful and was one of the main inspirations
>for my own attempt at digital identification. I hope that in the future
>more of us will be able to use this technology to ease the process of
>sharing what we're up to.

Kind Regards,
Robert
